Aerosol cans (Lynx) allowed on planes?

Not in hand luggage, in your case is fine though.
You might want to up your game as far as deodorant is concened though.

The standard rules for liquids etc apply to it if it's hand luggage. You can get travel size cans that are allowed in hand luggage (I think it's 150ml but I'm not too sure) but they're almost the same price as a can 3x the size

1.) As a deodorant it's 10% useful. It just masks the sweat, doesn't actually stop you sweating much (even though it's marketed as a anti-perspirant deodorant)
2.) As a nice smell it's 30% useful - there are more masculine fragrances.
3.) As for value for money - it's terrible. A better deodorant 3 times the size can be purchased for the same price.
Most importnatly, most women see it as a pre-pubescent scent for boys
And not men.
I could go on.... but I wont. Switch to sure, nivea for men etc and see what a deodorant should do.

Deoderant masks sweat, thats its job, it isnt meant to stop you sweating. You are asking deoderant to do an anti perspirants job. 10% is harsh as a score for something it isnt meant to do.

Close, you can carry liquids up to 100ml as a maximum as hand luggage and you need to put it in a clear plastic bag. It's fine in hold luggage though.
You are all missing the point. Lynx is highly flammable, and you are not allowed to take it on the plane in either cabin baggage or hold baggage. If you read the rules they say flammable gasses may leak during the flight which poses a risk to the entire plane.
I live in China, and where I live I cannot find deoderant. I can find it in Beijing but have to pay £7.50 now for a can. I have had too many cans of deoderant taken off me during flights, both domestic China flights and international flights. The safest bet is to buy non-flammable deoderant if you want to carry it on the plane, and less than 100ml if you want to carry it in cabin baggage.
Having said all that, there have been countless times that my deoderant hasn't been spotted, but that is all down to luck.
