What could the possible reasons be other than my brother (the only other male in the house) masturbating over it?

It's really disgusting actually. I poured some bleach down, and it went away, but then It came back the next morning.

Another thing is that late at night, while everyone should be asleep (and I'm on ocuk) I can hear him go into the bathroom, he doesn't turn on the light or close the door, and then comes back out after about 10 seconds.
