Thanks a lot for all your comments guys and support. I am currentley tweaking at the minute and a little stuck if any of you can help i have posted in the overclocking section as increasing fsb and reducing ram. Thanks guys.

Thanks again for the comments guys and the pipes keep it lovely and cool. The bottom fan is blowing into the case as is the front the rear and the side, this then is taken out the top through the rad so keeps temps cooldoing it this way.

The flow rate is fine, im getting temps of 32 on my North and Southbridge and Pwms and 47 on my cpu under full load and the collant in the res is moving away nicely, in fact theres not much difference between them 2 loops and the 3rd gpu loop inside my case. Dont forget they are the 18w laing pumps with ddc tops.
