To try and save all the "is Live down?" threads tomorrow.
Xbox Live will be down for scheduled maintenance tomorrow (tuesday 16/06/09) from 8:01 AM (our time) for upto 24 hours!

This is in preperation for some of the new features announced, but NO new features will be available when Live comes back up

I'm hoping that this is preparation for the new 'Games on Demand' and Sky player features as I really want those soon!

That's what I heard, it's to prepare the Live backbone for the new services later this year.

Everyone has been sent a message to their live account telling them this is going to happen to so hopefully there wont be *too* many threads about not be able to get on live (yeah rigjht!)

There won't be anything new available when it comes back up afaik. Said so on Major Nelsons blog
