So Today at Work....(wtf moment)

Hey guys

I work part time at Tesco (I'm a student) and today I picked up some plastic (the kind that seals stuff in bulk) and some woman came over and looked me in the eye.

She then took her chewing gum out of her mouth and rubbed it in the plastic I was holding in my hand and then walked straight off....

I was in shock and said nothing, looking back,if I could turn back time I'd probably have given her a lot of abuse and shoved the chewing gum back on her forehead.

What does she think I am? A rubbish bin....

Unfortunately the general public seem to look down at anyone working in the retail industry, a case of look at you in your crap job I'm so much better. People are strange animals.

As for your OP, very rude of her. I work as a waiter and I have had people randomly press tissues/napkins into my hand as I walk past, without saying anything like 'could you put this in the bin for me?' or similar which of course I would be happy to do. Some people are just rude.

That's still harsh but a tad more justifiable, napkins and restaurants etc..

Chewing gum and supermarket, she should be grateful I was in shock....
