Just slightly over a year old. I was more or less ****ed off by the quality of that screen -- it developed "patches" of dark background, and " bleed" of the backlight etc.
Now it was also "crashing" ie the screeen would turn all violet/green etc and I had to turn it on/off. That was rather 'rare' tho.

Yesterday it did it twice, including a time I had to unolug/replug.

This morning it's permanent, I can no longer get a picture!

And no, it's not a graohic card problem, because the screen overlay/menus are all garbled too..

Anyone know if they are good at guarantee repairs/exchanges ?

Hmm OcUK is no longer reselling Hazro, and the hazro.co.uk website seems abandonned (it still links back to OcUK as sole reseller!).

/me getting slightly worried

Dont worry.
Hazro are still alive and kicking.
They've just replaced a HZ24Wi for me. Apart from their initial delay in getting back to me due to contact issues. Once I emailed the correct address they telephoned within the day arranged pick up and re delivery within the week.
Because my monitor was just over the year old, I have to pay for the return carriage though.

Contact [email protected] with details of the fault. Make sure to include all your details including your telephone number, mobile as well if you have one.

I'm sure they will get back to you :)

It is strange, my screen is also barely a year old; like 2 weeks or something ...

Planned obsolescence ?

Anyway I emailed them as instructed, I will see what happend, tyanks fir the pointer.

How did your screen died ? I noticed that on mine there was no airflow and that the top was getting pretty hot -- I suspect that eventuaky killed it..

It was actually only 9 months old but had been replaced previously, so took it over 12 months old.
My screen just went off. No warnings, no nothing. Off it went just like the power saver kicked in but wouldn't come back on.

Mine had a better, noisier death -- but I still think it's bad thermal management. Oh well. maybe they can also fix the bloaching.

And when I think I had bought this for presumed image quality for photography !! :(

I'm awaiting on a reply from Hazro support regarding problems I'm having with flickering pixels. Emailed that address on Sunday and not a whisper of a response so far. Can you keep us updated about when you hear something? Ta.

Some good news - I received a response from them mid week, asking me to send comprehensive details of the problem. I've replied with as much info as I can, just waiting to see what happens next now.

No I didn't. it seems pretty obvious it was an OcUK order since they were the only distributor.
I wonder what the status is with their business anyway, you can't seen to buy these screen anymore, UK or not UK... Their website (UK) still claim new product for "October" (last year)...

Anyway, still waiting...

Well I re-sent the support request, this time pointing to this topic. We'll see if it makes a difference. So far I'm not impressed. I have a 4ghz quad core machine that I have to VNC into from the other.

Received an RMA note yesterday ! Lucky I kept the original box and packaging -- I'll leave the screen at my office so they can pick up.
I'll also attach a note telling them to also check the panel backlight "bloatching" issue. I hope they also have a newer back chassis or something that will prevent the screen to fry itself in another year :/

I'll post progress reports.

Hope you also get your problem sorted daddyorchips !

I emailed them directly. I also linked this topic in the email, as reference.

Did you get any news ?

My screen is all packed up in it's original box, with the power supply, and with a note taped to the panel and the chassis explaining all the issues it has.

Waiting for fedex...
