It's an oriental film theme, and it's sampled in the Black Rain theme (Black Rain Suite: Nick and Masa , in the opening part.
However, what i'm really after is the original song title and the film it was in. That is, the version unedited/sampled by Hans Zimmer. It's definitely been in a film in an unformatted way.
