The current selected audio device not supported by this application Windows 7.
Creative Labs Titanium X-Fi OEM PCI-e
In windows 7 Build 7100. Every time I select from the program menu "Creative Console Launcher", I get the message...
The current selected audio device is not supported by the application. Do you want to select another audio device now? Yes.No
This does not give me the ability to manually switch to either Game, Audio creation mode, or Entertainment mode, nor can I bring up the mixer.
Has anyone any thoughts on this? I have 2 installations each one on a separate hard disk! One is windows XP 32bit and the other is Windows 7 64bit.
Everything works correctly as advertised as it should do in Windows XP and I can go into each blue menu and change the individual settings, but not in Windows 7.
I have installed the very latest drivers, but I still get the error.
Any body out there with the same problem? Any help and suggestions gratefuly received.
Note. Just in case, I have even changed slots for the card, but still the same problem.
Below is an example (game mode) of the menu that is available in Windows XP 32 but not available in Windows 7 Beta x64
Regards
