Hello, this might sound like a stupid question but I want to swap it. About 2 - 3 weeks ago, I baught the Sapphire 4890. I need the cooler to be red as i'm doing a theme in my case. So the website pic says its got a red cooler. So, i got it and brought it home then opened the box and it looked like the vapour x version. Same dvi, display port and hdmi port and the same cooler which is totally different. So I installed it and now ocuk have the xfx 4890 which is the one I want as it has a black psb and has a red cooler on it. Do you think i could take the sapphire 4890 out of my system put in the original box which all the bits and swap it as its under the 30 days thing? Thanks
If it needs be, I will put money towards the xfx version.
 
Well, if it's along the lines of you got a different item than was advertised, you'd have a good chance of being able to swap it over.

You really should have contacted them sooner though as you'd have been able to have sent it back under the DSRs.
 
Well, I did take it back on the same day I got it and told them the situation and they showed me the powercolour version which is stated on the internet that its got a red cooler (Standard cooler) but it didn't so i left it and went home. They didn't have the xfx version in stock but they do now.
