Forza 3 - Anyone else's Limited Edition theme broken?

Forza 3 is finally here! Woot!

Excitement very mildly quelled though by the fact I splashed out on the Limited Special Extra Nerd Edition (worth it just for the box, if you ask me) but the XBOX360 theme which is supposedly included via a Redeem Code doesn't appear to have worked.

Have used the redeem code, it said it was downloading, there's nothing in my Active Downloads, but no theme in my themes list either.

Anyone else had similar issues?

I think it's a widely reported issue. Don't use themes myself so I can't say I'm overly bothered.
