My Community First Response course!
Very happy chappy here! As some of you know I work for West Midlands Ambulance Service as a Call Taking Supervisor, well last year I made an application to become a Community First Responder (Meaning I respond on a Voluntary basis to 999 calls) they will train me to an intermediate level, so i'll be able to Defib properly, immobilise breaks etc.
Very excited as from where I am situated i'll be able to respond on 2 schemes for 2 parts of the service (One who will possibly train me to Blue Light status)
Anyone else done this or considered doing this?
