I hope this isn't a wind up. Android on the HD2?

Android 2.1 w/ HTC Sense UI
1ghz Snapdragon
4.3″ AMOLED screen
5 Megapixel Camera
Built-in FM Radio
Kickstand

How is this different from the Bravo? Or perhaps I'm missing the point, are they just re-releasing the HD2 with android instead of Winmo?

The Bravo really doesn't look as attractive as the HD2 though so this is a positive. Wonder if it has 720p recording?

Well for one:

Bravo = 3.7" screen
Supersonic = 4.3" screen (same as the HD2)

It sure does, but I do really want to know when will this HTC Supersonic ever reach over to UK?

All I know is a somewhat-reliable rumour that HTC Bravo will hit the UK sometime end of March/beginning of April.

Will the HTC Supersonic also hit the UK at or around the same time. If it's scheduled to be released to UK in Q4, then forget it, cos I can't wait around that long and would plump for HTC Bravo, instead. [HTC Bravo does have 720p video!]. My current phone's contract runs out in March, so perfect timing there.

I might end up getting a Bravo and then this Supersonic. Maybe give the bravo to my g/f.

The bottom buttons are quite clearly flat and capacitive from the looks of things...

Forgive me if this is a stupid question,but what does the screen type have to do with the OS a phone runs on? The only thing that would make a difference would be the use of a capacative / resistive screen.Or have I got that wrong?

Just that it was suggested that this Supersonic is just an HD2 with a different OS, while I pointed out that the screen is a different type of tech.
I'm guessing a lot more of the phone is also different as well
