Need to get some new shirts/polo shirts now the weather is getting warmer. Does anyone know some cheap fashion websites apart from the normal high street chains?

I find TK Maxx where i got my best find.

This week I got a Ted Baker Shirt for work for £30 (£52 new), two Ralph Lauren Polo at £30 each (£65 new), a Ted Baker Tie at £15 (£40 new), a DKNY Shirt for £25 (£90 new) and a Fila white Leather bag for £10 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A few weeks ago I picked up a DKNY Leather Jacket for £100 (£400+ new).

The problem is that you have to go through a mountain of crap to get to the decent stuff as often a low of stuff is mislabled or misplaced. Like a Medium T-Shirt is in the Large hanger and vice versa.

What is it with TK Maxx? Is it stuff that the brands couldn't sell and just passed them on to them, or do they have defects or something?

It's last season's fashion, so when the brand releases the new line, the old stuff has to go somewhere.

Unless you are a fashion boffin who is up what's what, no one will know if the pair of jeans you are wearing is from Diesel's 2009 Spring/summer line. Even if they did, who cares, it'll cost you 50%+ less than what it was a year ago.

Pretty much, their business is off-price retail which pretty much means they buy stock cheaply from other companies who overestimated demand or have cancelled orders.

Aye, it's old stock. I'm not bummed whatsoever about whether something is 'last year's' fashion or something. There are also large/small sizes.

The down side is that you have to hunt for something. And as said most of their stuff is very large. You have to allocate a bit of time as a result, every aisle is pretty random lol. I think a few think it's full of fakes, but have to say all the stuff I've got from there has been good quality. Or a good fake but meh..

There is good stuff there but I've just given up on it, the whole place just looks like an utter mess. As for cheap stuff, just keep an eye out for sales in the usual highstreet places.

It's not fake as I've seen the belt I am wearing in the official Diesel store (its actually current season !) and it is identical. Cost me £12, Diesel shop, £40 !

Because of the chaos in the place, their arrangements of their racks changes daily, because people do make a mess and new stuff come in all the time so one week the T-shirt aisle might one at one side of the store, next week it'll be on the other side, it makes the whole hunting thing even more challenging !

I normally allow myself at least an hour to hunt for something, give yourself another 20 min in the queue as well !
