I'm going to do a full write up todays visit to the Festival of Speed, but thought this little snippet was more suited to the Motorsport sub forum.

As I have fortunate access to the F1 staging paddock (where the cars congregate before they make their way to the starting line) there's always lots of famous faces and drivers wandering about talking.
One of these famous faces was Christian Horner (of Red Bull in case anyone is unclear) who was talking with someone else, and as I stood near to him he quite clearly said :
"I'm really very very nervous about it."
He looked quite serious when he said it, but I'm afraid I don't know who the other person was.

Still, a nice little candid snippet of a conversation that could be taken many ways eh?

nervous about not getting the engines the way he wants...

may aswell just force everyone to use cosworth engines and let everyone have the redbull chasis and aero package with the mclaren fduct and call it formula fool

hope he wasnt blathering on about engines again, atm_andy on autosport (believed to be a mclaren employee) suggested that the power gap between the engines is around 1% not the 30bhp or whatever ever increasing amount horner keeps saying and that renault runners can start a race with 3-2 laps worth less fuel on board.

that of vettel damaged his finger extracting it from horners backside.
