Ok so anyway want a car that isn't a large tank i.e. range rover, x5 etc.

Looking for something with 4 seats, fast and reliable.

Here's what I've been thinking about so far

1) GT-R £61k and 3.5 for 0-60 with launch control seems too good to be true - heard it's a very hard ride.

2) BMW m3 convertible

3) Jaguar XKR

Any other suggestions?

thx all

Yea, this totally sounds like the way you'd phrase a genuine 'What £80k car' thread. Absolutely.

I'd find it hard to chose between the Nissan GT-R and the M3 Convertible really. I'd have to test them both before realising one isnt even a convertible.

Aye had a 911 carrerra want something new and can't afford the extra to get the Turbo.

Really? Last year you posted a photo of 'your' 911 Turbo though.

And then explained how you'd only recently passed your driving test, had just bought a Clio 1.2 and had only actually *driven* a total of 4 different cars in your life?

Yet now you are asking us to help you chose between a Nissan GTR and an M3 Convertible (Why a Convertible? The Nissan isnt a convertible? Why no M3 Coupe?) because you only have £80k to spend so 'cant afford' a 911 Turbo

Confusing thread is confusing.

Sure thing that was years ago and I was only covered on it. This will be my own now :) hence the questions asked.
