Gigabyte H55N-USB3 missing drivers under Vail, someone check win7 please.

A post from another forum has folks stumped, and I have just discovered I have the same issue. two devices are showing in device manager as yellow, with no drivers installed.

Vail runs on win2008r2 code although win7 drivers work.
Those two drivers are not identified when installing the pack of drivers from the CD, or the most recent chipset/lan/usb3/readtekaudio available from the Gigabyte website.
Nothing wrong with the hardware, just wondering what they do, and if they are required for some component of function.

Can someone with the GB-H55N-USB3 installed under windows 7 please check device manager for
1. Network Adapters --> WAN Miniport (L2TP)
2. Other Devices --? PCI Simple Communications Controller
and see what driver is associated with it.

1. Only showing RealTek PCIe GBE here for me
2. I dont have other devices showing in my Hardware list.

Oh weird, and interesting, no matter, probably find somethign eventually, all appears to be running fine, but i can't test my vail install properly until a new router arrives, current one spluters and dies on any http transmit.
