Sent my motherboard back to asus because i damaged the cpu socket and bent a few bins.
they responded and said they will try and repair for 20 eruos.
i was very happy with this service and after about 3 weeks got a email saying as a good will gesture they wont charge me for the mobo.
and guess what they replaced the motherboard with a brand new 1.
Hats of to asus thery have done me proud.
this is the first asus product i have ((ever)) sent back and i have bought loads.
i will deffo keep buying asus products because they couldnt have done more for me. thx again Asus this is a very happy customer.

wow that is great service, im happy you got it sorted.

i might even consider another ASUS board at this rate, i have always liked the bios.
