What is the largest Radiator I can fit in this case?
And how many fans can I fit around the radiator?

I am new to watercooling, so any help will be greatly recieved. Any suggestions for parts would be helpful. My aim is to have a Quite and cool pc so i will most likely have a low airflow radiator.

Hi, you might be able to fit a 240 Rad in the top of the case, but if you look at the rear of your case it looks like you can mount upto a 480 Rad on the out side. The best thing to do is read up on watercooling google is your freind read reviews on components to. Also whats your budget going to be, thats a big facter to, it cost me about £300 to water cool my CPU+GPU, as for fans rads are based on 120mm fans, a 120mm Rad 2 fans / 240 Rad 4 fans and so on..

I have a 360mm slim in the top of mine. It does however fowl the top 5.25" bay.
I have 3 x 25mm thick fans on the bottom of the rad blowing through the rad and I have added an extra 200mm (2 in total(? think thats the right size)) on the top pulling the air through and it cools very well.
I think you may struggle to fit 6 fans on any rad in the top of the HAF X unless you use a small motherboard because if you mount 6 fans in push / pull they fowl on the memory holder clips.

Let me know if you want some more pictures.

As previously said let us know what spec machine this is going into - CPU, GPU, Chipset etc.

P.S That rad is the MagiCool SLIM TRIPLE 360 Elegant Plexi Series Radiator Rev. 2, combined with the ThermoChill PA120.3 Radiator on the outside on the back of the case keeps my i7 @4ghz and 2 x GTX480's very cool and quiet, which to me quiet is good.
Some might see 2 x 360mm rads as overkill but it does allow you to dial down the speed of the fans and still keep them cool.

Can you be more specific than "slim"? I recently got an HAF X and can't seem to accomodate a Thermochill 360mm with 3x120mm fans due to the thickness of it, I was thinking of ditching watercooling but didn't realise there were slimmer radiators available.

It is the MagiCool SLIM TRIPLE 360 that is slim not the Thermochill.
You will not fit the Thermochill in there with any fans attached.
My Thermochill is mounted outside at the back of the case.

The MagiCool SLIM TRIPLE 360 goes in nicely at the top with 3 x 120 x 25mm fans on:

Technical specifications: MagiCool SLIM TRIPLE 360
Dimensions (LxWxH) :424 x 120 x 34 mm
Thread size: G1/4"
Weight: 1016g
Material: Copper, Plexi, aluminium
Mounting thread size: M3

Would I notice a big drop in performance going from a PA120.3 to a Magicool? and are the Magicool okay with low RPM fans?

I will probably just be cooling a Phenom X6 or i7 9xx with it.

P.S. Sorry OP for hijacking the thread a bit.

I got only one slim above memory slot.Rest of the fans enermax ut12B very quiet and they are pushing a lot of air through radiator.

Sorry for the slow response.

My specs:

Antec Truepower Quattro 1200W
PowerColor HD 5870 PCS+ 1GB GDDR5
Gigabyte GA-890FXA-UD7
AMD Phenom II X6 Black Edition 1090T 3.2GHz
Coolermaster HAF X
BL2KIT25664BN1608 4GB kit (2GBx2), Ballistix 240-pin DIMM

I was hoping to watercool my cpu, gpu and use the built in water block on the motherboard to cool NB.

I would hope to spend £300 max.

The MagiCool SLIM TRIPLE 360 sounds good.

What do i need to watercool and what components would you suggest?

Thanks again. :)
