virgin slow in stoke on trent

any one else's virgin running slow in the area ..i do speed tests and have seen speeds of 140 mb down and 4 mb up ...but general web browsing and game pings are rubbish even at off peak times on 50mb service this has been for about the last week or two

they were always dire for 4 years when i lived in shelton, maybe just because of all us scummy students ragging it - virgin never seem very helpful either so you best just go with the flow

no dont think so always run kaspersky never had any problems

I live in trentham and the 50mb here is fine atm
