The 200mm fans are quite easy to find, by your post it seems you found them. 230mm is giong to be hard to find, biggest blue led I know of is a late yoon fan but its only 220mm.
A quick scan of the internet and I found various 230mm LED fans. So no need to import one from out of the uk.
Which duct are you talking about?
The side fan has a little bit of ducting on it, to push air onto the graphics card, however I don't think you can't fit this as well as the GPU support bracket (which can also be fitted with an 80mm fan) I haven't used my GPU support bracket.
Another optional duct, ducts air from the hard drive bay area, across the case where the graphics card is fitted. (takes a 120mm fan) I've not used mine, as the large front intake fan is sufficient for keeping my pc nice and cool
I have overclocked my GTX570 to 840MHz core and 4,250MHz memory.
With all the fans @50% the GTX570 doesn't go over 60 degrees when playing COD Black Ops at best settings @1920x1200. When not gaming I turn all the fans to min, and can barely hear it. CPU @4ghz idle is 35 degrees.
