Doesn't it say in the T&S that OcUK can do what they want to your account as you're agreeing to their terms and conditions, can't say I know them off by heart but I would imagine they're not obligated to do anything. I could however be wrong.

DPA isn't applicable as we are not holding personal data. Oh, and if we perma you, are you going to use another account I've not found yet?
