Managed to clock to 3.5ghz stable for an hour, then i get rounding failures in Prime95, which i understand is a voltage issue.

I've been experimenting with voltages all day and can't seem to cure it.

What am i doing wrong?

Quoting you from the Athlon II OC Thread, its either going to be the 'Memory Clock Mode' or 'DRAM Timing Mode'.
As for what is ideal, that would depend on what your memory is rated at. Is it 1600Mhz?
