I have a case, keyboard, monitor and mouse, speakers, printer.

The specifications i have come up with are

I think everything will work together and a look over the specs, and any problems you think could occur would be lovely to help me.

I regret not building a sandybridge, but money is a serious issue for me.

Buy a graphics card later.

I'd rather avoid Amd, my current mobo/processor is amd and it's fried 3 ram chips and had quite a few issues, intel have a better safety record i guess :) but other than that, think it will work?

B grade stuff is usually not very safe though, I'm only expecting this to last 2 years in which time i will have enough to get a high end gaming pc, right now i just need a graphics card with direct x 11 for runescape.

£7 more, and just use the onboard gpu untill funds allow a better graphics card.

Right. upgraded my graphics card. Saphire 5570.
Looking at the 4th link stulid(<3) sent me, this will give me almost double the fps if i decide to play mw2. Worth the upgrade? maxing my budget. (278 with this)

If you buy what you proposed above I think you would be making a serious mistake and throwing your money away. How about something along the lines of the following; Just because you had a bad experince with AMD in the past it shouldn't put you off buying their products. It'll give you much more for your money.

The motherboard and RAM are on special offer until next Tuesday by the way. This will at least give you the opportunity to upgrade. You could pop in a Phenon II X4 later when it starts struggling.

I would get the above components. Set it up using integrated graphics card, make sure it all up and running, install you programmes etc. Save up a few more quid and buy a proper graphics card. Ideally look at secondhand card. For £60-70 you should be able to pick up a Radeon HD5770, HD4890, HD4870, GTX260or even a GTX 280 if your lucky. Look at ebay perhaps or various members markets (plenty of them around).
