Hello,

I was wondering if its possible to buy a front bay like this but usb 3 which can fit in my tj07

My Asrock Motherboard came with a front USB3 tray that also holds a 2.5" SSD

Why don't you just unscrew the USB cables from a USB 2.0 front bay like the one in the picture and replace with some USB 3.0 cables. You might have to buy 2 frontbays, one being with USB 2.0 with audio ports and the other being a USB 3.0 bay. Should only take a 5 minute job though.

Maybe you could mod this Lian Li USB 3.0 front bracket to fit

Write to silverstone, they should be able to send you the internals for your case. I've been sent complete internals which include usb 3 ports for the front ports. Cost around 23.09 Euros delivered. Haven't fitted them yet as they're on my todo list

We are planning on releasing a product called FP32-E in April, which is a 3.5" external drive bay with four USB 3.0 ports (with 19pin internal connectors) and audio ports. It will fit perfectly in the TJ07.

Unfortunately no, we don't have a firm release date yet. We will of course ask overclockers to stock it when it's available.

The instructions for replacing the front I/O ports to USB 3.0 versions are available on our product pages (scroll down, click on Q&A tab).

This front I/O module you showed should be the G11303500, which is made for the TJ09, TJ10, KL01 and FT01 cases, it won't fit in the existing TJ07 front I/O bay.

Hey!

Anybody know if the Akasa AK-HDA-06BK will fit in the TJ07 front panel bit?

I'm thinking it's got just enough room for me to mount my pump on it too (instead of an SSD that is!).

What ya reckon?

Or should we just wait until Silverstone release their official part?
