This is a preview of Xigmatek's new case, the Elysium which I am dubbing the 'Flagship Sinker' as it appears to focus on the same market as flagship cases such as the 800D and HAF-X but at a lower price. I like the brushed aluminium front and a windowed edition as pictured below will be available. This is made from 1mm thick steel which makes it a great modding case and the watercooling potential... well see for yourself!

I have contacted Xigmatek for a press release and I will update you if they release one.

I may also be allowed to review this as I have done reviews for them in the past, I'm always unbias so I'll let you know what it's like. A very interesting case and if I take ownership of one rest assured it will be going under the dremmel!

I hate how they've missed so many basic features in the case, like dust filters and anti-vibration.

It's probably a good case but it looks awful (like an old Thermaltake or something). I'm not a fan of these cases that have a raised part at the front, but I think this case has bigger problems than that.

I actually quite like it. Hate the orange fans, (even though I have them myself, just bored of them now).

I just pray that they release a version of it without that massive side fan. Or that it's an easy mod to remove it and fit a plain window. I have no need for a side fan, my graphics cards run super cool.

Agreed about the fans, but I quite like the look of it, especially the brushed aluminium front. Dust filters is something that it is lacking, however that is a prototype and the release version may have more features. Xigmatek will be sending a press release and I will be sure to post it up here.

Any dimensions or prices or real pics? Would like to know how this compares to my current Antec 300. :P
