AMD Zacate to be refreshed in Q3 2011

Its a cut down Llano to fit in ultra low end platforms and the specs aren't right, 65W. AFAIK designs for the higher end laptop Llanos are for 35-45W I think dual core + full gpu Llano's so why would a cut down Llano at a lower clock speed be 65W, they screwed up there.
