any diff between the two gigabyte ones other than clock speeds and oc bios? I just read a review of the soc version and that has the "extreme" button which tbh wouldnt be that important, just wondering if theres anything else, i guess at the end of the day its only £15 diff, but if i can clock the special edition one to those speeds id be happier with the £15 saved

Reviews I've seen put it at around 40dB on load +/- a few dB depending on where you look. Perfectly quiet enough, if you ask me.

Tempted but not sure if its a big enough step up from my old GTX295

Recommend putting the SE version above or below my basic asus version in sli? Thinking about it on pay day because rift needs 2 cards to play maxed out tbh.
