Just made a 2 1/2 min video of the elastic band mod for a logitech g27. All it is, few elastic bands around the one clamp knob which go at the bottom of the shifter stick and onto the other clamp knob. This should push it forward when you do that.
Next is a bit trickier and you can do it any way you want. I put most of the elastic bands around the front side of the shifter and streched the bands around and under the shifter, dont put it to far, make it so its about 20cm away from the twist grip for the under clamp. Im not good at giving instructions but you can see at the end of the video!
In rfactor set gear 3 to be down gear and gear 4 to be up gear, when you use this it will think its using the paddle shifts thus making neutral ineffective. Best thing is, if you've done it right with a lot of elastic bands you can never go into any other gear!
There, a cheap sequential shifter without taking it apart. Iv been using for 2 months now and not 1 broken elastic band. They where 50p out of morrions and i have millions of them.
