Could we have a watercooling forum?

I keep having to sift through the many air cooling posts to find info about watercooling, so I was just wondering, would it be easier to have separate forum/subforum in this one for watercooling specifically, and possibly another one for extreme cooling?

Bash me if you think this is a bad idea, but I couldn't help but wonder why it hasn't been done :)

Cheers.

I was thinking the same thing other day, I've never done watercooling before, and I've decided to learn this year and to build a watercooling setup at home on a new rig and it would be so handy to have a forum dedicated to watercooling where we dont have to search through millions of post.

It would be an awesome idea! I'm doing my first water cooled rig at the moment and if there was a specific water cooling section it would make my life so much easier and stop me from being a noob!

First warm day of the year and loads are thinking about water cooling :p

A specific watercooling section would be nice though :)

Yes, would make sense to have one as there seems more and more members are going or asking about it custom H2o. got me goggles now wheres me snorkel. :D

+1 would be nice to have a lot of collective knowledge all in one place without having to do so much sifting lol :D

Well it does pride itself on being an enthusiast forum so would make a lot of sense to have a watercooling section of it's own. I may be being selfish and lazy as i too will be doing my first loop in many years later this year so would save me time and effort wading through the general cooling forum :).

If they are able to boost the number of watercoolers on the forum by getting a larger watercooling community going on, I bet that would boost WC sales at OCUK aswell.

Seems like a bit of a no-brainer to me.

+1
also can some one "knowledgeable" update the advanced guide to overclocking and cooling sticky in this thread.
this is mainly about watercooling, but was last updated in 2007

even speccing a budget, middle and top end parts build would also be nice ;) for us noobies

Amazing, just came to post again about watercooling in this section. Glad you guys agree. It's kind of hard to find the watercooling specific threads in this section.

I've just got most of my watercooling parts too and really need some help and advice!

I think the shop is moving away from watercooling, there is less and less stuff in there each time I look. Shame as a lot of people in here (myself included) watercool.

Yeah but surely people aren't buying watercooling stuff from here, because there isn't a massive watercooling forum community unlike other competitors.

I would have definitely bought all my watercooling stuff from OcUK if it was stocked, or even the odds and ends, but theres virtually nothing in there.

Most of it seems outdated too, only a few new GPU blocks are there.

most oc's watercooled parts are in the clearance section for some reason, would be nice if they would start stocking more wc parts

Sounds like a very good idea :) would be nice if it had subforums for things like Corsair H50, then one for custom loops.

Also one for Power Supplies, every other question in General is a PSU related one. OcUK are missing out on a Power Supply link on the forum page.
