Thats right folks, as usual my local indie shop owner has managed to grab this early for me... Got the phone call about 15 mins ago telling me to come round after he closes up shop at 6 to pick it up.

After the failure of Brink I hope this will bring a breathe of fresh air :D

I'm kind of glad he got me Brink before Lego because now I have nothing new on my plate to play other than this!

Will be playing coop with my other half, will report back tomorrow!

Love the Lego Harry Potter series - especially in Co-op mode so will be interesting to hear how you rate this latest release! :)

I hope they retain the comedy and creative elements of the previous games :D

Was going to pick this up, but with prices dropping like stones recently, I'm going to hold off for a couple of weeks. Would like to hear the verdict on it though.

AWSOME! We only played the first part of the first film, but it was truly brilliant :D Yes they have kept in the original humour, the graphics are amazing for a lego game! Within 10 mins of me and the other half playing we were laughing as she was digging up treasure with Jack Sparrow (got they have the character down to a T!) whilst I was wondering around as gibbs diving into the sea discovering all sorts.

Only issue is frame rate once the screen splits as you wonder from each other, drops from a lovely 30fps to maybe a 20fps? It is noticeable but it's not COD and you get used to it.

Obviously we are (just like the other lego games) a bit overwhelmed at the moment in terms of reasons why we can't do such things, how we will be able to do them later in the game ect ect. But it is very early on so we understood it was for replay value and didn't waste much time trying to figure things out.

Now, talking of figuring things out... Yep, it's tough, the puzzles are challenging but not hard, expect a few head scratches but no hair pulling.

Don't rush with it, like all other lego games, it's all about exploration!

I am hoping we will get in a bit more time this weekend due to the weather, but from the early sights through my spy glass, this is going to be a great game!

Ooooooooo arrrrr

Well I caved, just been to Sainsburys and they have this on an introductory offer for both PS3 and 360 @ £29.99. Will give it a blast over the weekend.

Also got a voucher for £3 off LA Noir, not sure if I'll pick that up though.

I picked it up, having traded in Lego Batman. Got it on the 360. I think I'll take this one slow, and play it in co-op with the Mrs, as the Lego games are about the only thing we can play together.

Picked this up last night, the girlfriend and I play it co-op. Polished off the first film this morning.

Pretty enjoyable!

100%'ed this today, after playing the entire game with my GF. Its great. I love the Lego games, and they are truly co-op. Its also the first game I have ever 100%'ed, and the first one where trying to get to 100% didn't feel like a chore.

Just finished the first film with my girlfriend, as ever another great Lego game! Will be picking up the latest Lego Star Wars once we've completed this I think!

I love the way we all use lego games to get our gaming fix simply because our gf's like them and will play them with us! :D
