Steam down?

Anyone else having problems getting on Steam? Few of us having issues but think we're all on VM so dunno if everyone has this problem tonight?

Its Lulz Security! They've hacked steam and won't return it unless Valve put a Lulz Security Top Hat into TF2!

On a more serious note... steam does this... its hardly 'to the internets' worthy. If its down for a very long time then maybe.

Why does Steam allways download at about 1/4 of my max dl speed :confused:
