Funny static

Just finished assembling new PC two days back, but i get funny static on my headphones when:
-I'm scrolling in certain websites, but only certain websites, (such as this one)
-Playing certain games seems to cause static that changes pitch/volume depending on the colours being used by the screen.

Please don't tell my I've fritzed something.
I remember having this problem with another machine before, something to do with the way the system power was being distributed.

Using a wireless mouse, (if that's the reason behind scrolly webpage static)
Headphones are coming in on a line through my Cyborg V7 but am getting same problem when connecting to case front audio as well.

Any help is appreciated help

Sounds like an EMI issue encountered by many a person. Do you also have the problem if you connect the headphones directly to the rear audio socket?
