Loving it so far, saw it on twitter and downloaded it while on the train to work. Much much smoother and much better lay out. Looks like a proper modern app store now. I love the fact that the most popular games and apps are bundled together now as having to exit the app menu to go to the game menu was one thing that really bugged me.

No there isn't and it looks naff as it is not optimsed for Honeycomb.

Looks very nice on my Desire, I just hope they update the tablet version to be more like this, I've never been keen on the Honeycomb marketplace.

Wasnt a straight forward install on the X10 but ive got it, and it looks great, i did have an fc tho so will keep an eye on that.

Wonder if search is improved, seriously... it's Google and the Market has ridiculous search. You can search an app exactly as it is on the market, and it's like 5th in the list. Boggles the mind.

Not impressed that they didn't stick to their guns as they only released a new market a few months ago, however this is a massive improvement! Fine for us more tech savvy users but this will confuse regular users a bit.

Considering 2.4 is around the corner in the next few months it seems this may be the first of a few apps making the update to go with it, what do you guys think?

You're probably right about the market being pushed towards 2.4. I'm always a bit disappointed with Android updates from x.x to x.x+1, I know that it's not a major build number and I don't even know what I want, but whenever I upgrade it I'm always like "so.... what's new
