Its very fair.

The product had a £20 discount.

It sold out, went back up £20.

Those who missed out can now buy it with a £10 saving, thats bang in the middle and very fair.
 
Well happy i bagged mine on TOS, was gutted i missed out on the pre-order, so didn't make the mistake twice!
