Built a PC for a friend last night. Ultra tight budget but insisted on SandyBridge.
Went for this in the end.
Biostar H61MGC

My positive comments on the board are:-
1. Excellent Price £40
2. Feels well put together. Not creaky like some budget boards I have handled.
3. 1st time boot (apart from change SATA to AHCI) and load windows with no drama.
My negative comments on the board:-
1. Only DDR3 1333 support (Chipset limitation)
2. No SATA 3 (Chipset limitation)
3. SATA 1 is obscured by graphics card heatsink
4. Same for 1st PCI-E x 1 slot (limitation of the mATX size)
Other than that seems bang on for the money and can always be replaced at a later date.
Full spec of the machine is:-
Xenta Black Mid Tower Case
Xenta Black 500W PSU - With 12cm Blue LED Fan, 20+4pin 2x SATA, 1x PCI-E
Intel Core i3 2100 3.10GHz Socket 1155 3MB L3 Cache Retail Boxed Processor
Biostar H61MGC Socket 1155 VGA DVI 6 Channel Audio mATX Motherboard
Samsung HD103SJ Spinpoint F3 1TB Hard Drive SATAII 7200rpm 32MB Cache
LG GH22NS50 22x DVD±RW DL & RAM SATA Optical Drive
Sapphire HD 6770 1GB GDDR5 DVI HDMI DisplayPort PCI-E Graphics Card
Corsair ValueSelect 4GB (2x2GB) DDR3 1333MHz Memory Kit Unbuffered CL9
Windows 7 Home Premium OEM 64bit
Also a couple of cheapo blue LED 120mm fan from a well known auction site.
Not a bad quality case for £17 either! Black internals, no sharp edges.
Not perfect but well worth the money.
