Recommended settings for 4.6Ghz i52500k

I know hardly anything about overclocking, but will someone explain how to overclock safely..
I can enter the bios

...I've watched a few diff videos but don't really get how there is so much variation with everyone's settings.....

I have

Asrock Z68 Extreme4 Gen3 Intel Z68 (Socket 1155) DDR3 Motherboard
Corsair H80 water cooler
intel i52500k
Corsair TX 850w vs psu
Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C10 1600MHz Dual Channel Kit (BL2KIT51264BA160A)

I just went into the bios and I see there are recommended settings for 4.6ghz

Yeah those temps are fine, what is your Vcore set to? (speedstep will reduce this if your pc isn't doing anything - so this value when burntest is running?) the auto settings can stick it to high for 24/7 usage. (looking @ CPU-Z its called Core Voltage)
