My Upstairs neighbour annoys me

He's been here for 15years I've only been here for a month and he is disabled you can sometimes hear him ranting at his mother, looks very closed off when he walks past you plus other issues. However there isn't much you can do about walking, the roof above me is terrible! but it's the opening and closing of cupboards, the dropping of shoes and creating the odd bang noise. Even his neighbours question why he has to slam his toilet seat down and drop things

He doesn't just make his dinner and watch tv, he's constantly on the move and he's one fat **** who needs to sit down!. Talking to him is a no go as i said he is disabled and can at times argue with his mother even when she has left the building

No idea what he does :mad:

Why does him being disabled prevent you speaking with him?
Is he as bad as you say or is your autism affecting how you feel in the new flat environment?
You could speak with him, he might get louder for a bit but it is unlikely to last, and it might improve.
Worth a shot.

You could attempt to fins somewhere that is somewhat more... Isolated.
I mean from noise and distractions, rather than in location.
Unsure how to help, bad neighbours are awful, i've had one around ten years ago, it wasn't pleasant.

Well as soon as this contract is up if it don't improve i'll look for somewhere else, just so far nothing has gone right this flat, computer, life

First it was issues at home, then it's fat ****** upstairs at my flat, finally my computer goes dead end up with a rma and then working only for other comp issues to pop up today.

I just want to be happy, have some good luck but so far nothing whatsoever

That will just make him even fatter and louder! What is he sharts one day while being very fat and bed ridden and the shart runs through the floor and into your ceiling and drips on your bowl of cereal while you sit on your couch watching television one morning?
