Should I buy this PC? URGENT help please...

I am thinking of buying this PC from somebody for £300 locally tonight and could do with some advice as to whether or not I should go ahead...
My budget was £250 which I can stretch to £300 but absolutely not a penny more.

Specs are:

Sapphire HD 6570 2GB DDR3 Graphics Card
Samsung Blu Ray Reader
120gb corsair force 3 ssd drive for O/S
500gb sata drive for personal files
tp link 300mbps wireless pci card
Creative Soundblaster X-Fi Fatal1ty Sound Card
Satelite Tv Card
Zalman HD503 HomeTheatre Desktop Media Centre LCD Case
Windows 7 Home 64Bit OEM With sticker
Usb 2.0 and usb 3.0
I already have a monitor, mouse and keyboard

Just to add, I'm not much of a gamer, PC will mainly be used for web browsing and occasional downloading and transferring onto DVD after converting.

Please can somebody tell me ASAP if this is worth it?

Oh god that's worth at least double £300. The SSD and Chip alone are worth about that.

Just to let you know that I'm back home now after purchasing the system

Very impressed with it, knocked the price down to £280 and he threw in a wireless mouse as well

It was boxed as new with all accessories and manuals, remote control...the full whack! Furthermore, it has 16GB of RAM and not 12GB as advertised

Even had a dispatch date of November this year with the guys name and address so can't be stolen.

Only thing is his house stunk of cigarette smoke. I'm using it now and the fans reall are throwing out an awful smell of cigarettes...suppose it's a small price to pay.

Thank you all for responding as I didn't have time to research into the processor etc to see if was worth it.

you unt around 800+ kit and you hagled 20 off and toke his mouse,

result , add a 560ti and you have a nice gamer, what speeds was the memory you got?

as for fag stink get some fabreise stuff and do one spray per hour into smelly pc sorted quick
