I have made a similar post in Cooling and OC thread but thought this place may be better. So here is my thread:

I am currently a little fed up with my noisy 200mm front fan in my 600T and i know a couple of other people have the same problem. Im not moany and angry, its just OCD :p

My solution is to design (and get made) a 200mm to 4x120mm fan converter in CAD, using siemens NX 7.5 since it is easily available for me. This will also be used for me to mount a large rad in the future. As far as im aware none currently exist so certainly worth it for something different.

Can anybody give me any tips from having attempted fan converters or rad mounting before, or if anybody knows some decent places where i could get it manufactured and painted/powder coated, that would be fantastic :D

My First Design and Pictures:
Very rudimentary and wouldn't actually have hit in the case, but a necessary step.

This picture slightly demonstrates what im going for. The large side is where the 240x240 fans go, they will be screwed into a 240x240 fan grill.

Second design pictures:
A far superior design IMO, but what do you all think. My CAD skills need some practice but hey ho.

It comes in 2 parts, the 2x2 120mm fan grill which is just to hold the fans together. 2mm thick steel or aluminium which can be cut locally or bought online i think.

The main part is the black bit which i am hoping to get vacuum formed as it will be the cheapest way. Anybody know where?
