new build cpu fan error at start up

I've recently built a computer and all seems well, but when i boot up first thing its telling me that theres a "cpu fan error,PC reboot and everything alright after that. PC specs are Krypton Z68 600i Intel Core i5 2500K 3.30GHz @ 4.60GHz Overclocked Bundle
reading on the web and says something about disable fan speed monitoring in the BIOS can any confirm this will work and should i do this?thanks

The CPU cooler fan is plugged into the CPU_FAN header?

yes it is,it plugged into the same CPU_FAN header as the other three I've built.but this built had a different CPU cooler then the other two i built,
overclockers has change the CPU cooler to this one now Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO Cooler the last two was Corsair A50 High-Performance CPU Cooler
