To add to the list of annoying problems with our run around (Peugeot 206) the fuel cap is becoming a right pain to get off, to the point where my wife can't fill up and I feel I'm going to snap the key off sooner rather than later. Is my plan to WD40 that muthafunster destined to fail?

Try wynns lock deicer itscs lubricant swell as a deicer a couple of squirts stopped the stiff locks on my golf. about 3 quid a bottle

Mine refuses to go back on most of the time! Have to literally punch it to get it back on.
