Not my video, but I thought this was worth watching.

I shows the performance of both the GTX680 vs the AMD 7970 as well as the difference the Intel platform makes vs the AMD platform in terms of fps.

Was that an overclocked CPU on a stock cooler? Madness! Although it was only a relatively low 4Ghz, but still

Still interesting to see how much the bulldozer under performs on single threaded tasks...though, no-one buys a 3930k JUST for gaming..unless your crazy rich.

I'm sure in terms of pure gaming there wont be much difference between the 2500k and a 3930k

Indeed, a 2500K vs Bulldozer would have produced near identical results but then they can't play the price card.
