"Morba's back" hurts after squats, deads and 2 swimming sessions and a 6 year old that likes climbing walls and making me do the same, over the weekend! lol.

The results showed that ejaculation-caused variations were characterized by a peak on the 7th day of abstinence; and that the effective time of an ejaculation is 7 days minimum

I actually seriously considered this as a study candidate during my Sports and MAterials Science degree ten years ago...

But nobody would entertain the idea as remotely serious and there's no point running a study with a sample of one.

However, my current gym instructor thinks it's an awesome idea.
 
I dunno if it's:

a) because I 'watched porn' before gym
b) because it's only the 3rd time I've been to the gym in quite a while, or
c) placebo

but I am freakin' buzzing after that session. Wooooooooooooooo! :D
 
No need for porn, there is enough eye candy in the gym to get the testosterone elevated!

Not if you go to an old school gym! Where there is hardly any cardio equipment; one bike and one cross trainer and you're also allowed to use chalk, in fact, they provide chalk!

I thought the same when I was doing sports science many moons ago. Always been a believer of boosting your own test levels, be it through something like this (though never trained after, but have had an ex working out in gym with me which made me horny as ****) or by training during your natural peak during the day :)

Seeing Morba posting again is all the excitement I need before the gym!
