Which chipsets allow undervolting these days?

G'day. I'm looking at putting together a m-itx system based around the sugo sg06 and one of intel's newer processors. I haven't paid a great deal of attention to hardware since X58, and consequently there are a large number of chipsets out that I don't recognise.

I don't plan on overclocking much, if at all, but would very much like to be able to undervolt the cpu. Onboard graphics would be useful, I'm not sure which of undervolting and onboard graphics would take priority if I can't have both. Sata 3, raid, 3rd gen pci-e and so forth just don't matter.

What chipset would be best? The plan is pretty much to get whatever m-itx board gigabyte offer with the appropriate chipset.

Your advice would be much appreciated :)

The motherboard in my signature allows me to undervolt my i7 3820 3.6GHz (stock) to 1.050v from 1.250v stock. It's a great X79 motherboard.
