Does anyone know why when connecting a HDD to ASMedia ASM1061 sata port
My PC takes 1 minute to boot instead of the 13 secs? Is there anyway to fix this? If you need more info please ask. Thanks

Sys 2500k
8 GB ram
256 Sam SSD
6 HDD intertal 500GB to 1.5TB
2 external 640GB ea.

What mode have you set the hard drive on the asmedia ports? e.g raid, ahci or ide

Only two options. Was in AHCI I changed it to IDE. BOOOM
