Is this good or bad?

Not usually a good sign, especially given the stealth rally markets have seen YTD. That being said, tech stocks are often fickle - investors still have the dot com bubble in the backs of their minds so poor earnings news tends to have a more pronounced effect on their share prices.

Given that their price has pretty much gone in the opposite direction of the NASDAQ since March and has dropped ~60% since January I'd steer clear. Once the price stabilises and earnings improve (i.e. EPS goes positive again), it might be worth a punt as a value stock.

I'm not a stock jock, the guys in the SM thread will be able to look into it more

its all them rma's
To be fair from the major ssd and ddr vendors ocz do seem to have higher failure rates than average

The financial investigation will be what's killed their share price. I wouldn't be surprised if they came back from it, but it's not the greatest sign..

They made a rod for there own back by using Sandforce controllers.

Nothing wrong with Sandforce controllers if the firmware is kept updated.

If OCZ haven't released fixed firmwares that is their own fault not Sandforce's

My last OCZ PSU popped and my OCZ Ram borked so not surprised with there stocks tanking.

Corsair FTW.
