Edit: Decided to get just one 480 to get the chip for a keyring. If they're still in stock come the following Wednesday, i'll grab either 2 460's or 2 480's.

How easy is it to configure PhysX on a dedicated Nvidia card whilst using a 7950 as the primary card?

I splashed out for the 470, hoping I get one as it's my brothers xmas present to replace a 4870.

Was thinking 480 but it uses something like 80w more at gaming load and he only has a small room which will become a furnace..

Got a 460 as well, just incase they sell out...they were fair popular.

Ok, so reference 460 / 470 or 480 will have higher power consumption / kick out plenty of heat (not a bad thing this time of year), but for the money you can have a great single or dual card set-up that will play nearly all games at the highest settings.
