After several missed attempts at getting this right without hitting over 85c, I finally figured out a formula to get my 3570k to clock at 4.50GHz, and stay stable with a comfortable mark in volts and temps. In the end I managed this with: ASUS P8Z77-V LX

BCLK/PEG = 100.0
Turbo Ratio = x45
Internal Overvoltage = Enable
RAM Speed set = 1333MHz (Voltages 1.525v)
Offset = + 0.060
LLC = Medium
Power Phase = Extreme
CPU Capability = 120%
C1E/ C3/C6 = Disabled/ C States = Auto
Spread Spectrum = Disabled

Cooling: = Noctua NH-U9B-SE2 Performance

tbh its not so hard clocking to that speed or above its the temps on them.

True enough, mine in fact will boot at 4.9GHz, but Idles at 1.542v at that speed. I dare not even think what the temp would be under load :eek: I could in fact just hit x45 and leave it at that without any tweaking at all, but I don't like a constant idle of 1.256v 24/7 while I idle at 1.048v @ 1600.00 when tweaked to 4.5GHz
