Just a heads up.

I have been using Afterburner to create a custom fan profile for my GTX 660 Ti. (Not for overclocking or voltage modification)

I have noticed in World of Tanks that occasionally the screen freezes for no more than a second then the game continues as normal.

I have now unistalled AfterBurner and everything is running smoothly.

nVidia driver 306.97

AfterBurner version 2.30

I had no such problems previously using EVGA Precision with my GTX 470s.

Changing the "Hardware Polling Period" in Afterburner from 1000ms to something higher, worked for me.

Having issues like this in farcry 3, just checked what mine was set at in afterburner and it was on 800ms.
Changed to 2000ms, gonna give farcry3 another go and see if it helped :)

I have unistalled it, it feels better without it.

Might be worth trying EVGA Precision but they are essentially the same thing.

Update.

I am using EVGA Precision X instead.

No problems so far, even with +350 on the memory.
