Have we set a precedent in another round?

I'd say it was clearly a schoolboy error if that is Ahleck's email style but only DJ can tell, pound to charity and give him his point well that's what we do at work.

Obviously my opinion would be slightly different if it were a 3 pointer

1 pointer as expected, was trying to get some beer from the Kingstone Brewery but the place I was looking at was out of stock. Never mind.


As for Ahleckz, rules are rules and if we didn't have them then we would be like the French!

Tiny Rebel make some great beers and luckily my local has a good supply. Should have really played the limited edition one that I submitted a few weeks ago for UK but it's all good.

Going to Holland later today so I should be able to find a couple of interesting ones for the last few rounds. Will be nice to pick up quality Belgian beers for a quid from the supermarket.

I would go with that, a picture by the end of the day will get him his point.

My Double Dragon was top notch, I'm inclined to say it's been the best beer I've had all competition.

Whoops, totally forgot to attach it it'll appear. Head's been a wee bit all over the place the last couple of days. Not that fussed about not getting a point as rules are rules but will happily take a single point if you guys will allow it.

To answer your question macca, one person has been allowed a late entry to date. Having said that their entry did include a picture, but once again it was put to a public vote. I personally believe Ahleckz should get the 1 point simply because this isn't the first time I've received an email with no attachment (to date it's happened three times) albeit in the past I've been able to post a message in the original thread warning him. Oh and quite right this decision is made a lot easier as it's for one point...

It has to change as it no longer applies...

Happy with two points as my other Welsh beer which I drunk on Friday night was Brains The Rev. James, so would have been two points as well.

i first had it in pembrokeshire on holiday last yr in a local pub, didn;t go to much on the SA gold - although better since then - and i was hooked on it.

great beer.
